The Alumni defeated the LAPD 6-4 on Saturday. Daniel Hughes (Class of 2005) hit a two-run homerun and Justin Miller (Class of 1992) scored the go-ahead run in the 5th inning by going from 1st to Home on a double. Miller needed an entire oxygen tank after sliding into home. Roger Salkeld (Class of 1989) came on to get the last out with the tying run at the plate in the 7th inning to get the save. Play of the Day came from John Albert (Class of 1990) as he "legged" out a single to CF with a trip/bellyflop/slide at 1B.
