JV Wins 2008 Foothill League Championship
The Saugus JV team won the 2008 Foothill Leaugue championship by sweeping then 1st place Valencia on the last week of the season. The team ended with a League record of 12 - 3. Congratulations JV!


Saugus vs. Norco in 1st Round of CIF Playoffs
The Centurions (17-9, 10-5) travel to Norco on Thursday to take on the Mountain View League Champions Norco (21-3, 12-0) in the 1st round of the CIF Southern Section Division I Playoffs.

Saugus Gains Some Support
 Terry Insurance and Financial Services (TIFS), wants to show their support for the Saugus Baseball program by taking 10% of their gross paid commissions and giving it back to the Saugus Baseball program. Glenn M. Terry is the owner of TIFS and he is also a former Saugus student and is the currently Junior Varsity pitching coach.

Saugus 5 vs. Hart 7

Saugus battled Hart Friday and dropped a close game 5-7. The Cents led 2-0 after the 1st inning on a two run double by Tyler Brubaker on an 0-2 mistake by Hart's Trevor Bauer that Bru sent to the wall. Saugus tied the game 5-5 in the game in the 6th on a single by Kopacka, a double by Schweitzer and Piper's on-base-by error. The Cents have a one game lead on West Ranch for the last CIF Playoff spot. Saugus looks to rebound against Golden Valley next week.
